Large double room, lovely flat, weekdays only

We are offering a room in our beautiful, quiet flat in Hove. The flat is large, thoughtfully furnished and very much loved by my husband and myself.
We live in London some of the time and tend to come to the flat at weekends - hence, we are looking for a non-smoking tenant (female), who wants a room between Monday and Friday.
The person who would fit into the flat would seek quietness, be very tidy and ordered and also, preferably be vegetarian or vegan. We do not have seafood or bacon in the house. The rent includes use of the washing machine once a week but any more washes are charged at £5 per wash.
I believe that we are friendly and helpful but if we were to come to the flat in the week (unlikely but possible). we would like to have the lounge to ourselves. Otherwise, the new person is welcome to make use of it. and to enjoy the facilities. However, although friends are welcome, we do not allow overnight stays.
