Hello, I am a friendly, easy going, 90% vegetarian, photographer and graphic designer who working from home and away.

This is not a generally a social party space, although occasionally friends or family may visit or stay. It is a peaceful and calm environment, perfect to relax and unwind and enjoy personal space in.

I am looking someone who wants a flat-share rather than a flat-mate although I’m more than happy to help if I'm able to, or catch up over a cup of tea!

I mostly spend my home time working or relaxing in my own space and regularly stay away, so someone comfortable with themselves who can compliment this arrangement would be ideal.

The apartment is easily divided in half and the room is self contained with plenty of storage, a desk and lots of shelving and hanging space. There is s spacious bathroom close by with a good strong shower and luxurious bath.
The kitchen is small but well equipped and organised to maximise space.
Location is great. The no7 bus is very frequent and convenient with other buses available that linked to all areas and it is a 5 minute walk to Hove train station offers direct links to London, Gatwick, Lewes etc and a journey to central Brighton takes about 2 minutes.

It is about a 10 min walk to Hove park, local seafront, shops, restaurants, swimming, gym etc.

Cycling is very quick and convenient for all local destinations.

There is also a beautiful private garden which you are welcome to use.
