I have a bright double room available in a two-bedroom flat in Hove. The room comes fully furnished with small double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, hanging rail and bedside table.

You will have sole use of a very spacious bathroom which includes bath, separate shower, toilet and hand wash basin.

The shared space consists of a lounge and kitchen area. Kitchen is very spacious and bright, with gas oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and lots of cupboard storage space. Lounge is fully furnished with sofa and TV.

There is a balcony with chairs and a table.

The location is perfect. It's a five minute walk to Western Road yet is far enough away that you forget you're in the centre of a city. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. Churchill Square shopping centre and Brighton Station just 15 minute walk away.

Bills are all included.

To tell you a bit about myself, I enjoy listening to music, watching TV, reading and playing sports. I'm just looking to live in a harmonious, relaxed and safe environment that we can both call home.
