Hi, I am renting out my studio apartment in Hove for up to 3months as I am travelling for work. It will be available from mid December until end of March.
The apartment is my home so it is fully furnished with everything you need and can nicely accommodate one or two people. There is a double mezzanine bed, and a futon (double) drawers for clothing. Dining table chairs and a fully working kitchen. The bathroom has a bath rather than a shower. But it is all yours. You won't share with anyone!
The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the sea, two minutes from Tesco, and super close to cafes, bars, renatable bikes and other amenities. It is a half hour walk directly in to Brighton but the bus stop is outside and the train station is 15 minute walk away. I can be in London in under 2 hours.
I love my house, but I will be away for work so am hoping someone will take care of it during that time.
