Very large Room in wonderful Hove houseshare!

We have a very large room (6x4m) available in our lovely shared home inn the heart of Hove, 5 mins from the beach, Hove station, local and boutique shops, restaurants and a new gym. The room is available from the 4h July onwards. All bills are included (amenities, council tax, broadband) and there is resident's parking with no waiting list. The property is spread over 2 floors and has a bathroom and a shower room, both with WCs and heated flooring. The kitchen is fully fitted with washer, dryer, dishwasher and a 2 oven, 5 ring range cooker. The lounge has a large dining table and comes complete with a large 4k TV with Netflix, an indecenrly squashy sofa and even a Bond Villain chair! We are 3-4 professionals (my girlfriend and I are on a semi sabbatical, with regular trips away) and the other 2 tenants are working professionals in the arts and social work. We share a very relaxed and friendly household, sometimes sharing 1 or 2 meals a week, as we all like to cook and maintain a healthy-ish lifestyle. Weekdays are generally chilled due to work commitments and we sometimes socialise on weekends, a bottle or 2 of wine is not out the question! We are looking for an open, tidy, relaxed individual who is looking for a home, not just a temporary abode, and look forward to hearing from you soon!
