Single Room In Hove

I have a single room available in my house, in Hove from mid June.
The house has been recently refurbished and so clean and tidy. The kitchen features top of the range cooking facilities - 2 x AEG ovens, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine....wine fridge! The house has unlimited wifi. There is a front and back garden, in which smokers are welcome to smoke. There's free on-street parking in roads behind the property. The bus stops opposite the house and the nearest train station is Portslade, which is less than 10 minutes walk. I live in one of the rooms. I am a working professional (hospitality) and I enjoy what I do, I love to travel and socialise, event organise and entertain. I'm looking for house mates that are sociable but enjoy their own time, just easy going people would be great! *** Please note - the rooms are for single occupancy only.
