Furnished double room close to Hove stn. and beach

If someone is just interested in the room and is not bothered about a shared living room and access to the garden the rate is £600 p/m. If a shared living room etc is wanted it’s £700.

The room is in a lovely, 2 bed flat in Hove, just off church street and close to the beach and train station and loads of amenities, shops & restaurants. It is a large, quiet, double furnished room with chests and wardrobe. There is plenty of shareable kitchenware. It would be sharing with one other person (me) and my two cats.

Due to the layout of the flat which has garden access only via the small back bedroom access is limited. However, when unoccupied it will be accessible. The sunny garden has outdoor seating and table and chairs and thus, is a nice communal area in good weather.

I am an ex. professional who is currently studying. I am friendly and considerate, but also very busy and focused on my own interests, thus it might suit someone who likes their own space. I am thinking of taking on a longer course of study thus the reason for finding a roommate.

I am not so concerned about age or sex or orientation. I mostly would just like someone mature, easy going and trustworthy either employed or studying etc. So long as it’s a harmonious living arrangement for both, it’s fine.
I would like to take references for precautionary reasons.

It would suit someone who does not have too many personal possessions beyond what they can keep in their room. Due to the furnished room it might suit someone moving in to the city. I would also be open to consider a short-term let. If you are interested message to discuss your needs and desires.
