The flat is brilliantly located, you can walk almost anywhere in Brighton. The beach is 5 mins away. Coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, yoga classes etc all on your doorstep. Hove station is a 15 minute walk.
The flat has all you need and all bills are included. The room is furnished. There is also an amazing resident cat who will be cared for by the other sharer, but loves to cuddle and hang out.
The other sharer is doing a masters so the place is generally chilled and calm, so someone considerate and tidy would be a good fit.
