Please note this lodging agreement has no shared communal space during the week, but access to kitchen, bathroom, amenities and balcony.

You will need to be working outside the flat 9am to 5pm all 5 days of the week (mon to fri) and i cannot be flexible around these conditions im afraid due to the nature of my work from home at the moment. Thank you for understanding.

Great large double room in a quiet road by Palmeira Square available to move into from early September.

Would suit someone in transition or between places or situations, and someone who doesn't mind not having a communal space during the week as i work from the lounge. (not an issue on the weekends though).

Large double room PLUS access to kitchen, washing machine, bathroom and balcony but no communal room (hence the price).

as im working from home and use it as my chill out space in the evenings.

Im a single mum to an 9 year old who lives with me half the week, we are both down to earth and friendly..

The room is available to move into from early April £580 inclusive of all Bills.

The room is a lovely large double furnished bedroom with double bed, desk, a couple of chairs and a large triple IKEA wardrobe so tons of storage if you need it.

The flat is fully equipped, so no need to bring anything apart from your bedding.

I live here with our kitty Isabella and my 9 year old son, a happy and chilled boy who goes to school during the week and stays over at his dad's half the week and Saturdays.

This is a truly lovely spacious room at an amazing location. The flat is looked after well and is naturally warm in the winter.

Tesco metro is 1 minute walk away.
Restaurants, shops, bars etc. are all around, walking distance.

The beach is a 7 minute walk away.
St Ann's Wells park is 10 minute walk away.

Bus stop is 30 seconds walk away.
Brighton station is 15 minutes by bus.
Central Brighton is 10 minutes away by bus.
