Lovely room with own bathroom in Hove

We’ve got a beautiful home just south of New Church Road. You’d have a large double room, pretty much exclusive use of your own bathroom (we’ll use the en-suite in our bedroom). There’s a separate lounge with a large-screen TV if you want your own space. There’s a real fire for the cold nights and a gorgeous garden for the warm ones. Cable TV, fibre broadband, Amazon and Netflix are all included.

There’s also a newly refitted kitchen (with lots of gadgets) for you to use. Although, you might find dinner is prepared for you quite a bit!

We’re a 5 minute walk from Portslade Station, the 1 and 6 buses into Brighton go from a stop 2 minutes walk away. We’re also less than a 10 minute walk from Hove Lagoon and the beach.

On-street parking can be arranged but this would be at extra cost (for the permit).

Oh, and we have a cat.

We’re looking at an initial ‘see how it goes’ three-month let but with the possibility of extended if things work out.
