Spacious bright airy attic room with en-suite

I have a beautiful large furnished double attic room with en-suite and sea views available from 14th May 2021

I have a lodger in a studio in the garden who pops in to do washing up and laundry. You’d have complete privacy at the top of the house with plenty of space and your own bathroom so no awkward bathroom cross overs.

You’d be sharing with myself (live in landlady) and I have a mix of working from home and the office. (although all home working at the moment). We have a lovely garden which is South West facing, so lots of sunny afternoons. We also have a hot tub in the garden too.

We have sky tv, excellent WiFi and all bills are included in the rent as well as a cleaner who comes weekly which covers all the communal areas as well as your bathroom and bedroom.

We are located a short walk (9 mins) from Portslade station with excellent transport links into London. There are an array of buses regularly into Brighton and we are just round the corner from Tesco express and 10 minutes walk to Portland road. There is free on street parking.

Ideally I’d like to live with a female but I’m open to a male also. I have a 6 month old labrador, who is completely my responsibility, he's not allowed upstairs or on the furniture, but you'd need to be ok with dogs. I promise it's hard not to fall in love with him :)
