Large Double Room in Sociable Central Hove House

Our housemate is moving on and up, so we're looking for a lovely person to take over the room.

The room is a large double bedroom, approx 4m² with a good size window to let in a lot of light, but also has a blackout blind so it's nice and dark for sleeping in. The room comes unfurnished, but the rest of the household has everything you could want.

It's a deceptively large house, with a massive front room, 2 toilets and a separate shower room with a double size shower feature and even a lovely garden too, which contains a hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. The house is just down the road from the big Tesco's in Hove and also George Street for various other shops. The beach is 2 mins away and there is a bus stop on a main route right outside, so travelling anywhere in the city is easy.

There are 4 of us in the house already.. Brett, Josh, Avery and Ste. We're all chilled happy people. We all game in some capacity, do a little cooking here n there and enjoy hosting the occasional gathering.

We're hoping to find someone that'll treat the house as a home rather than just a room to live in. We'd like to be able to get to know you properly and hang out together sometimes :)

The house is rented through an estate agent so you'll need to provide references for work / previous landlord if you've had one. Bills come to approx £100 p/m.
