Available beginning of November. Entire top floor comprising two double rooms and a private bathroom, currently set up as a lounge and a bedroom, but could be two bedrooms. Share large kitchen with one other lovely young academic female flatmate. 5 minutes’ walk Hove mainline station and less than a minute to number 7 bus stop, 8 minute walk to Palmeira Square bus stops. 10 minutes walk to seafront, shops and nice restaurants. Superfast broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Cute mews house. £950 inclusive of all bills. Friendly quietish house, we like our sleep 🙂 You can purchase a parking permit for a year at £100 for our (private) road or it’s Zone O for on-street parking.
Regarding COVID19, we are following guidelines including hand washing, general hygiene and social distancing outside of the house and of course we have our own bathrooms.
