The room is large and bright, it is at the front of the flat which is on the lower ground floor of a Regency terrace. The flat is midway between Brighton and Hove stations and is 5 minutes walk from the beach. The person that rents the room will have use of the sitting room, kitchen and patio. The flat is warm in the winter, cool in the summer and is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, wifi and gas central heating, it is well maintained and I have owned it since 2001. I work part time shifts, including night shifts, 6 days on and 2 weeks off. My partner lives in France and, now that COVID restrictions have ended, I plan to spend the majority of time when not working in France. This means that I will not be around very much and that my partner will be in the UK every now and then for short periods of time.
I am looking for a person who is clean tidy, laid back and with generally liberal tendencies (absolutely no brexiteers) who is happy to live mostly alone but with me around some of the time. I would prefer someone who doesn't eat very much meat and who doesn't have boyfriends around when I'm home. Very happy to accept pets (with certain caveats). Parking is zone M.
