Beautiful home in Hove needs new housemate! :)

Hi everyone, I'm Charlie and after two very happy years I am looking for a new housemate for my wonderful friends Daria and Katie to join their home in Hove.

The property is a private let with no agency attachment so we've benefited from a lot more freedom. The landlords are really friendly and always ready to help us if we need them!

We're located about a 5 min walk from Hove station and just around the corner from the number 5 bus stop, so getting around is never a problem. Poet's Corner is a quiet, suburban area so we have the benefit of a beautiful garden and little noise, while still being a stones throw from all the amenities of George St/Blatchington Road/Portland Road.

The house has everything included; broadband, TiVo, gas, and electric, we have a dishwasher, tumble dryer, and washing machine, fridge/freezer... We even have an attic for a bit of extra storage! Cost advertised is rent only and cost including bills is around £630. This gets paid into a bills account and sorted there so nothing for you to do!

The new tenant must be pet friendly as we also have a small well-behaved dog living with us (Bruiser Barker) who is a very social/friendly.
