Beautiful home in Hove needs another new Housemate

Hi I'm Daria and I am looking for a new housemate for Katie and her really adroable litte doggo. I'm absolutely in love with my bedroom and sad to leave it behind but I've got new and exciting things ahead and hope that it will be a great space for someone else.

Our other housemate is advertising his room as well so there are two bedrooms available at this address so please go check it out!

The house is 5 min walk from Hove station, 2 min from the nearest bus stop and a stones throw from all the amenities of George St/Blatchington Road/Portland Road.

Originally the house was unfurnished but there is a complete set of white goods including a dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and so on.
I'm taking most of my furniture but I will happily negotiate a good price for some of it as I was going to sell it anyway.

There's a utility room, a shed and an attic that is great as extra storage. Rent is £517 but with the bills (inc. council tax, broadband, energy and water) it adds up to around £630. We have a bills account set up for that and it all comes out of there, so there's total control over which provider is used. The landlord is private and excellent at sorting out any issues with the house, but other than that leaves us to ourselves.

We can arrange a chat and viewing over Zoom to begin with or just a regular (socially distant) viewing, whichever is prefered.
