Readvertising due to change ...Large Double Room available in bright big 3 bed flat with 2 bathrooms to share with me a 36year old professional guy and his little housecat ..1min from Hove station, 3min from Tesco and 10min from Big Tesco, as well as 5 from co-op. There are 3 gyms within a 5 min walk. There is a Smallbatch directly opposite, Billies Cafe and Wolfies Chip Shop, The watch maker arms and The Station pub ;)
The room available has a double bed but you’re welcome to bring your own. (There is a larger room ...king size that if you prefer I would be willing to swap...happy to make adjustments for the right person )

There's a big bright living room with tv and nice kitchen with washing machine, one bathroom with a strong shower and another with a bath.
If you need to use a tumble dryer there is a laundromat few steps away....although we have maybe only used it a couple of times,

The flat is very spacious and is 3 bedroom so there is a spare room for office/storage/visitors. I love cooking and cook most nights,
I enjoy spending time watching films and Netflix, I love travelling, plants, and of course my cat :)
Would ideally like someone who has a carefree attitude to life like myself and wants a quiet home. Must like cats ;)

This room is via an agency and you would be required to sign for 6months, the plus side to this is it gives us all security.
It really is a great opportunity for someone who wants the chance to have lots of space in a great location :)
