Hi, I’m moving out soon and looking for someone to move into the lovely double room I am leaving behind. The house is in a great location, 10 mins away from Hove station and 15 mins away from the beach. The room is unfurnished and it comes with a big built in wardrobe!
Existing housemate has a rabbit so ideally you would need to be happy with that. we’ve been living in here for just over a year and it really is a lovely house. Bills not included and come to about 100 each month and include everything (council tax, internet, gas and electric and water)
Tenancy official starts on 23rd of December but the move in date can be between 19th - 23rd December
