Large Single Room Central Hove

Hi, I am looking for one person for the spare room in a flat in Hove on Fourth Avenue. There is no roof terrace nor a balcony however the Hove lawns/ sea front is literally 2 min down the road and this is Hove town centre location with easy access to all parts of the city. The spare bedroom is furnished and very spacious single room within the equally spacious 3 bedroom warm and cosy Victorian apartment. We are very lucky to be renting out something this nice. We have redecorated the flat and furnished to our own taste. I love all things plants, in fact there are almost everywhere - it's my passion. My partner’s passion is art and music production which takes up his spare time. We both professionals and so we are looking for a working professional. We are really cool long term couple (8 years together :) the time goes really fast yet it doesn't feel like it). We are in our mid to late 30’s. We are looking for a respectful, clean and tidy person who can find own rhythm in a flat with us but appreciates own space too, and is happy to help maintain and look after the place. Monthly rent is between 580 and covers all bills (except for TV- no TV here- too boring to bother). There is a deposit as well. Let me know if this sounds interesting or if you have any questions.
