Hi,

We have a double room available in a gorgeous 3 bed terraced house in Hove. We are two busy professionals (marketing and pastry) and enjoying life when we can.

The house is spread over 3 floors and huge. There’s a large bathroom with double bath and separate shower, and a garden terrace area. Downstairs is an open plan living & kitchen area with terracotta tiled floors, all the mod-cons and enough space to swing two cats!

The room itself is an unfurnished decent double with plenty of room for a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and chair.

Located very close to Hove station, the No 7 bus stop and the 5, 5a, 5b, 46 stops are just down the road near George Street shops.

The most important thing about a house is the people - we are fun, kind, sociable and positive.

Two laid back girls that work hard, enjoy chilling at home together but equally don’t live in each other’s pockets. 

Would suit a 30-45 years old professional. Tidy but laid back female, NO students please.

We do like a good old knees up or an impromptu bottle of wine with friends from time-to-time but we work full time & respect that such things don’t effect each other.

Long-term rental only... ideally looking for someone to make this their home.

Rent does not include bills which are £165pcm and this also includes our lovely cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.

Our landlord manages the property privately & is really nice and approachable so NO agency fees but a month’s rent as deposit & references are needed.
