This is a lovely 3 bedroom flat, in hove. The flat is a short walk from hove Station, bus stops , and the sea front.
I'm Jessica and Ashley is the other housemate, we both work shift work at the hospital (including weekends, nights shifts and long days), so there's chance you will have the flat to yourself on a new of occasions. we are both very chilled. Our flatmte is moving out so the flat will be available to move in from the 1st august, maybe a little before. There is a minimum contact of 12 months.
The room is a double room and comes unfurnished, the current tenant has a king-size bed, TV stand, 2 bedside tables and a dresser. So it is a good size. You will have your own cupboard space outside the room for storage.
The rent including bills is £650pcm, this does not include electric as we are on a pay as you go meter, we normally put £30 on a time (£10 each) a couple of times a month.
