Hove Station is a 4 min minute walk, Aldrington is a 10 minute walk and there are regular buses going into the city from around the corner. We are also a 15 minute walk from the beach! 🐚🌊🏝

The property is a 3-bed terraced house with a garden off of the fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom also has a great rainfall shower 🚿 The bedroom comes unfurnished, though can be furnished if required!

Bills average around £100 each per month (council tax, energy, water, internet etc.)

Myself and Shiv are friends and are looking for someone that’s easy-going, fun and likes to keep their home nice. We like to socialise & spend our evenings in the lounge & also like our own space. We aren't a party house but we like to go out at the weekends and the odd glass of wine/beer (and pizza 🍕 as you can tell by the pics!!)
