Hi there :)

My flatmate is moving out at very last minute notice so I’m looking for somebody to move in for short term from November 28th - January 28th. Possibility to extend come through end of tenancy.

It's a lovely three-bedroom flat set out on three levels. Bright and spacious, never feel on top of each other.

I currently take the larger bedroom. My current flatmate uses the medium-sized room as her bedroom and the smaller one as her office (I do store some clothes in there too).

The room will be unfurnished. A wardrobe could possibly be left for you.

Happy for new flatmate to bring anything they need for the kitchen etc.

I am a super chilled, happy, clean, and tidy flatmate. I would like to find somebody who takes pride in the space and helps out with the cleaning, is sociable, fun yet respectful of each other and the space.

I would like the new roomie to be sociable not just somebody in their room, but also understand the importance of time alone and privacy.

Pictures don’t really do the space justice, it’s a gorgeous flat.

This is really not a party home, but of course happy with friends, family visiting, etc - just being mindful of work in the week and what not :)

I am into beach time, spirituality, cooking, yoga, wine, coffee, festivals, drag race, electronic music and all that good stuff.

I work in music PR in the week, usually spend my weekends with family or friends but this time of year often chilling at home.

The flat is £675 plus bills - comes to a total of about £835 joyful Brighton and Hove council tax and the increase in energy bills.

Reference and credit checks will need to go through with the agency.
