Double Room in two bed Hove flat

I've just secured a lovely two bed flat in Hove and so am now on the search to find a housemate asap.

The place is decorated to a high standard and recently refurbished. It has two double bedrooms of similar size (yours would be slightly smaller but still a decent size), a large open kitchen with all appliances, a large living room space, a bathroom with shower/bath and seperate toilet, and a third room which can be used as an office or studio space (can obviously discuss and decide together what to do with it). The location is great, just a five minute walk from the beach and a few minutes walk into central Hove.

I'm really looking to live with someone who wants to spend time together, socialise and really make it a joint living space rather than just staying in their room all the time. Obviously personal time is great, but just wouldn't want that to be all. The place is unfurnished but I've got a few bits to get the place started (large tv, tv stand, floor speakers, framed art etc), and then sofas and beds are really easy to get from a charity shop or freecycle, or can get from somewhere on a monthly payment plan.
