New friend wanted for bright, modern 2 bed Hove.

Hellloo!!! My name is Eleanor. My friend is about to move out of our 2 bed flat in Hove. Which is sad times but I'm looking forward to welcoming a new friend in :)
We have created a proper home which is exactly what I'd like to continue. Somewhere were you can be you, feel relaxed and escape the stresses of the world.

In terms of me, I'm an extrovert outside the home and an introvert at home. I love decompressing after the day with a chat, a shared dinner (even just eating together rather than cooking together every day - although shared meals now and again is great!), watching a series/movie or even some video games.
But some evenings I need me time to enjoy my hobbies and friends. It would be good to understand schedules and needs of anyone who moves in.
Occasionally, having pals over for drinks and games is a definite must too!

In terms of the place, it's great! With a balcony overlooking the cricket ground (or half of it haha!). It's modern with a fold-out sofa bed in the lounge (which friends & family are welcome to use when visiting), a separate kitchen with washing machine and small dishwasher.
There is space to add your own bits of character to any of the rooms. Especially plants. Love plants.
The bedroom is plenty big enough for a double bed, desk and decorations. There is a built in double wardrobe and I'm able to provide a small desk, chair and rather old bed frame (but no mattress!). You'd have your own bathroom too. The listing is rent only, total per month is about £850 for internet, council tax, energy, water.

In terms of a housemate, I'm looking for someone who respects space and wants to keep it looking and feeling clean, modern and a nice place to be! Someone with a similar energy level would be great - social but wanting some time alone too. I do work from home 4 out of 5 days since the pandemic so a different schedule would mean we aren't tripping over eachother, but that's not a must.
