Double bedroom available in homey garden flat to lodge with professional female, Emily, 34 in central Hove (5min walk to train station, 10 min walk to beach).

£650 pcm including all bills/WiFi. No deposit required. Open to short term lets. Available ASAP.

Bedroom part-furnished with built in wardrobe and bed frame (will need mattress). There is also space for a desk.

We have no living room space but there is a good sized kitchen and garden.

Kitchen has a dining table you're welcome to use. I'm happy to share my kitchen bits (pots, plates etc) with you or there is plenty of space for your own. Garden has an inflatable hot tub which has been lovely in the winter months!

Shared bathroom with shower over bath and heated towel rail.

Looking for a laid back housemate who is also happy to help out around the house from time to time, up for sharing the odd meal together/pint or garden bbq in the summer.

Must be a fellow animal lover as will be sharing with a lovely cat (Mr Susan) and tortoise (Albie). Unfortunately we can't take in any more pets.

I work from home doing content writing for a mental health charity so I'm pretty chill during the week, looking for the same in a housemate.

Hoping for someone to move in ASAP.
