En-suite double room available in shared flat

I have a double room with en-suite available in a ground-floor, one bed flat in Hove from August 25th.

The flat is 2-bedroom with a shared living room and kitchen and is just 5 minutes from Hove station and 10 minutes from the beach. The area is lovely and quiet without much traffic.

The flat is available unfurnished. The kitchen includes a washing machine/dryer and a fridge with small freezer.

Rent is £775 per month and all bills including council tax come to about £160 per month each. The flat is lovely and warm and barely requires any heating.

I am a clean and quiet professional but having worked from home for two years would appreciate someone to watch tv or grab a takeaway with every so often! I'm very chilled but have a lot of interests and we'll definitely have something to talk about. My girlfriend visits about once a week and is very respectful.

The property is in parking zone N and there is no waiting list for parking permits.

The landlord will require references and some documents before you move in and a deposit will be required.
