Three other bedrooms occupied by my family with a family bathroom. Downstairs toilet located in hallway. A reasonable sized grassed garden, with patio and brick built barbecue. Parking space for another vehicle on the grass verge, no parking restrictions.

Located in a great part of Hangleton/Hove. On a main bus route, buses every 10-15mins, with a 15minute walk to Portslade train station (access to London Victoria in 63mins) and great access to roads into the centre of Brighton or Hove and out of town towards the A27/A23.

Local shops and parks within 50m walking distance from the address and a large supermarket within a 10mins walk.

Looking for someone professional ideally 25yrs+, easy going, who can look after themselves and look after the room that they rent and respect the property they live in. Guests will be considered on a day to day basis depending on whether my children are staying with me or not .
