We have a nice double bedroom available in Hove ASAP.

Room:
The room as built-in wardrobe and storage space but comes unfurnished. (First photos show the room of my previous tenant who had a small double bed. Last photo shows how a double bed frame would fit) There is a mattress available if needed.

Flat:
It's a pretty spacious flat with a big lounge area, big kitchen, 1 bathroom+toilet and a separate toilet. We have a table football and small ping pong table in the lounge, but not really 'party throwing' people.

Location:
The flat is very close to the Big Tesco and a 2-minute walk from the beach and King Alfred Leisure Centre.

The rent is £576,33 excl. bills
We've worked out that with all the bills it would be around £750 pppm (water bills get paid quarterly but are still calculated in the pppm)

We have 1 parking permit in a private parking area next to our flat, which is on a first come first serve basis.

Council tax band D (is also included in the calculated bills)
