Double room, shared bathroom with one other person who is rarely there In modern new build house.

Located in Poets Corner in Hove we are close to bus stops and Aldrington station is 5 minutes walk, where you can get trains into London and Brighton. We area 10 minutes walk to the beach.

The house is occupied with one couple (on a separate floor) and one other lodger. We also have a lovely little King Charles dog named Bella.

The rent is £800 per month to include bills including wifi.

We would prefer a vegetarian or pescatarian.

The room has a double bed and some furniture (this can be removed if necessary).The house is triple glazed and very warm and cosy with constant hot water. The kitchen has all amenities including a washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer and hob.

The bathroom has both a bath and shower and is warm and private.

The house is near the railway but is generally very quiet. Please feel free to give me a call or email and I will get back to you within a few hours.

Parking: please note there is no parking permit at this address as Brighton and Hove a policy of one vehicle only for new houses.
