New build, En-suit double room in Hove

About the flat:
The room available is an en-suite double bedroom, available in a lovely spacious, two bedroom flat in Hove. There is lots of natural light through big windows and the living room/kitchen is furnished. The flat is round the corner from George Street with lots of cafes, restaurants and pubs within a short walking distance (is also a 10 minute walk to the beach.) There are regular buses into town from the bus stop 2 min walk away, and it's a 10 minute walk to Hove train station. There is plenty of on street parking available (permit zone N).

The double room available is unfurnished and is attached to a shared balcony. The flat comes with an external storage room for each flat on the ground floor of the property, big enough to store bikes and suitcases etc.

The room is £1,000pcm without bills, and bills usually come to just over £100 per month. Claudia who is leaving can leave the wardrobe for a small additional fee if needed.

About me;
I’m a 30 year old female who works Monday to Friday and occasionally from home. I’m a big music fan (massive swifty), I love going to concerts and am in a band myself. I enjoy reading, spending time with my friends and being outdoors.

I’m looking for a female housemate who is chilled and doesn’t mind spending evenings together and watching tv, sharing a meal or going to the pub when we're both around. For me, the flat is a place to relax and unwind, which I like to keep clean and tidy so we can take turns to do the cleaning and both chip in to buy things for the flat that we both use. It's not a party flat, but I do love having friends round for dinner, drinks or games and the occasional party.
