We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our spacious flat!

The room comes unfurnished and is massive, with large windows and a built-in wardrobe. The living room is enormous and we have plenty of space for the occasional gathering or wine and cheese night.

The kitchen is small, but has enough storage space that we share. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, as well as the usual electric hob, oven/grill, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, etc.

The flat has 2 bathrooms between 3 of us.

Great location, 5 minute walk to hove station, walking distance to the beach and Brighton city centre. Parking is available in the car park, garages are also possible to rent. Council tax band E. Heating & hot water is included in the rental price.

We can't have couples or pets, and the landlord requires working professionals only.
