Bright and cosy room in Poets Corner, Hove

Hello :)

We are a friendly family looking for a female flatmate for a short or long term stay. We have two children (9 and 14 years) and two small dogs (Chihuahua cross).

It is a lovely newly-furnished and spacious single room with a shared bathroom next to it as shown in the photos. We do have another shower room so the bathroom is nearly always free. The victorian house is in the heart of Poets Corner and is only a 2 minute walk to Aldrington Train Station, local shops and bus routes and a 20 minute walk to the sea, making its location ideal.

All bills are included and you will have access to the garden, modern kitchen and gorgeous Japanese bath and shower. We would like to keep some family privacy but also enjoy making friends and sharing some meals and vino with our lodger and maybe a sauna too!! Private access to the sauna in the back garden is negotiable but may incur extra costs.
