Double room in house near Hove centre & seafront

My current lodger is moving on so I'm looking for someone to share my lovely house with. I'd like a quiet, clean and tidy housemate, ideally who wants Monday to Friday.

The room is a fully furnished double with own bathroom (not, strictly en-suite, but the bathroom's right next door and you wouldn't be sharing it with me as I have my own bathroom).

The bedroom (there are 2 photos) has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers (3 drawers), storage cabinet (3 shelves) and corner shelves, desk / table, plus 2 chairs. The room's rent of £550 per month includes all bills.

Bathroom has shower over bath (with great water pressure), toilet, handbasin, and heated towel rail.

Shared living room has 2 large sofas, real flame effect gas fire, Freesat TV, CD player and radio and patio doors onto ladscaped garden and patio.

The kitchen diner has dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, gas hobs, fan oven, and combi oven / microwave, CD player and radio plus round dining table and plenty of storage cupboards.

The house is in a gated Mews which means there is ample free parking (unusual in central Hove) in a quiet and well-kept area. There's also wi-fi accessible from all rooms.

Hove train station is 5 minutes away, and bus routes into Brighton are very close (numbers 7, 2, and 5). The shops and other amenities of Hove (when they're open again) are just around the corner and the seafront is 3 blocks away.

As well as all bills included, there is a weekly cleaner, though I would expect my housemate to be tidy and clean and respectful of my house.

I'm a freelance management training consultant, running my business from home, so I'm often working from home in the day or away on business (pre-COVID19).

I'd like to share my house with a female non-smoking professional. No couples thank you. Monday to Friday would be ideal.
