The flat is a large regency maisonette with a recently fitted bathroom, modern kitchen and spacious hallway.
Room will be available for a professional, tidy and considerate person to share with one other female (and 1 cat).
All bills including weekly cleaner (except telephone).
There unfortunately is no free parking, however it is 2 minutes walk from all major bus routes and a 15 minute walk to Hove Station and the centre of Brighton.
There is no regular working from home space as I regularly work from home.
The working from home arrangements and length of let can be considered on an individual basis.
