Hi! We have a great large double room, available in our lovely house from 2nd January 2024.

We are a household of 2 working women looking for someone who wants a nice cozy home! We are busy people, we sometimes work from home, the house is chilled and peaceful, but we do socialize and have a laugh! It is important that our housemate gets why recycling is necessary, has good bathroom and toilet etiquette and keeps the kitchen clean and tidy......we also have a 'see it, do it' attitude with regard to the chores; we don't enforce a cleaning rota so if you're the kind of person that is happy to get the hoover out when the floors need doing and leaves things as you found them, then you would be a great fit :)

Overlooking the back garden, this large double bedroom has lots of space. Furnished with double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and double bed. The house has a chilled communal living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a big sunny garden.

Rent includes all bills including super-fast wifi, and bedding and kitchen stuff is all supplied. There is free on-street parking outside, Aldi is literally across the road, and local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and Portslade train station are just minutes away on foot.

With excellent transport links, this lovely room offers a little-gem-of-tranquility in our busy city and would suit mature student or professional.
