Friendly, professional male and female (not a couple!) looking for a female flatmate to share our beautiful 3 bedroom flat on Brunswick Terrace overlooking the sea.
The flat is on the top floor (5th) and is bright with modern decor. The room is a large double with a view of the West Pier and comes unfurnished, however a bed can be sold to the new tenant if needed.
Rent is £483 per month and £131 bills and as we rent through an agency, you will need to pay the agency fees of £50, a deposit and be signed into a joint tenancy contract.
The flat is a quiet, cosy place, brilliant in the summer for going across to the beach and only ten minutes walk from town. As we are both hard working and the flat is a relatively small space, we are looking for somebody considerate, reliable, clean and tidy. The moving in date is 23rd October.
Sorry, no couples or pets - also a non-smoker please and preferably you're in full-time employment. If you would like any further information, please contact Nick and Kirsten telling us a little about yourself.
