I have a beautiful, spacious, light, two double-bedroomed flat in a delightfully quiet location in Hove.

I rent out one of the bedrooms and have done for many years. My current sharer has been with me for three years, and like all previous tenants, has written a glowing reference for me as a landlord. He is leaving only because and his girlfriend have found a flat to share.

I took early retirement and spend long periods away from home, and when I am in Hove I am quiet, respectful of the tenant, completely non-intrusive, and am looking for someone with the same values of respect. A lot of the time you will have the place to yourself!

As well a the large double bedroom, you will also have shared access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and lovely sun-trap garden.

Please note that although this is a double room, I don't let it out to couples as there is only one bathroom! You are welcome to invite friends round including overnights, but not on a "regular" basis!

I try to be as helpful as possible so everything is negotiable EXCEPT for the price!

If you are interested I urge you to come and take a look, as the room has NEVER been empty for more than a few days between lets!

All bills including super fast wifi are included in the rent.

This is a top-class comfortable flat in a most sought after road.

I have had several previous tenants, both male and female, and have not ONCE has been any problem on either side.

I will require references from any applicant.
