The house is clean and tidy. There is front and back garden; which is massive with plenty of storage for your bikes etc.

The house is situated 6 minute drive to Portslade train station and 4 minute off the A27, perfect access for Gatwick, Worthing, Shoreham and the A23. It's location is perfect for the University of Sussex and for access to Lewes. Public transport is also excellent with all 3 number 5 bus routes a very short walk from the house, which will get you into Hove in about 15 mins and into Brighton Churchill square in about 25 mins.

There's free parking outside the house on the main Street. Close by are Co-op and Tesco express, some takeaway shops, post office and pubs.
