Hi everyone, I'm Sam and after three very happy years I am looking for a new housemate for my wonderful friends Daria and Charlie to join their home in Hove.
The property is a private let with no agency attachment so we've benefited from a lot more freedom. The landlords are really friendly and always ready to help us if we need them!
We're located about a 5 min walk from Hove station and just round the corner from the number 5 bus stop, so getting around is never a problem. Poet's Corner is a quiet, suburban area so we have the benefit of a beautiful garden and little noise, while still being a stones throw from all the amenities of George St/Blatchington Road/Portland Road.
The house has everything included; broadband, TiVo, gas and electric, we have a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine, fridge/freezer... We even have an attic for a bit of extra storage! Cost advertised is rent only and cost including bills is around £630. This gets paid into a bills account and sorted there so nothing for you to do!
The room itself is unfurnished, but since I'm moving into a new place all of my existing furniture is for sale so if you need anything let me know. Likewise if you have your own furniture for the rest of the house, I can arrange for other bits to go.
