This is a stylish loft space with private bathroom, all on its own floor, in a lovely cobbled mews in Central Hove. It has been recently newly furnished and decorated.

Please note that ALL BILLS are included in the rent, and is for a maximum of six months. Parking is available directly outside of the house with our road permit. Cost of permit £10 per month.

The room is for a six month let until April 30th. It is available from November 1st. We would consider someone who wants the room for weekdays only, and the ren could be adjusted accordingly.

Facilities include:

• Fast broadband.
• a desk for occasional work at home if needed.

Other facilities include:
• Use of well-stocked luxury shared kitchen.
• Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

We are just a block and a half from Hove Lawns and the beach, and a two minute walk to the many shops, bars, cafés and restaurants along Church Road.

There are frequent buses going into Brighton, and the journey takes about eight minutes to central Brighton. You can walk to central Brighton in about 20 minutes.

We are a 13 minute walk to Hove rail station, with frequent direct trains to Gatwick and London, as well as to Worthing and Littlehampton. Many people commute to London from this area.

We moved to Hove 14 years ago. We love being so close to all of the many shops, bars and restaurants. We love living in our very pretty mews. It is quirky and creative and has a great community. We get the best of both worlds, because it's away from the noise of traffic but still only minutes from the buzz.

We are a young-at-heart creative couple. We share our home with Zsa Zsa, the cat with attitude! We're both designers, and we hope this shows in the design of our home. You could say that we're a typical creative Brighton & Hove family! We also do Airbnb and we have almost 1000 five star reviews.
