I am looking for a mature and considerate person to share a 3 bed house in West Hove for 3 months. You will occupy a lovely, sunny double room overlooking the garden, and share the rest of the house with me.
The house is within easy walking distance of Portslade Station and bus stops, with regular direct services to central Brighton and Hove, or you can take a 15 minute walk to Hove shops and restaurants. The beach is 10 minutes walk away.
You must like dogs as I have a very friendly rescue dog who loves people.
The rent is £500 per month exclusive of a proportionate share of energy, water and council tax with a deposit of £250 payable in advance. References are required.
