We have a south-facing double room available to rent from 14 March.
The room will be unfurnished, apart from a built in wardrobe.

We are in an excellent location in central Hove, five minutes walk from Hove train station, five minutes from George Street shops and cafes, two minutes from the bus stop, and ten minutes from the Tesco superstore.

The house has a large shared kitchen (which includes two fridges, two freezers, an oven, washing machine, and lots of cupboard space) and spacious living room, as well as a patio area outside.
If you apply for a permit there is also on-street parking if required.

Rent is £485 with all bills included (water, electricity, heating, council tax, broadband, TV licence, Virgin Media TV, and cleaners which come every fortnight).
The deposit is £485 also, with no other fees on top of this.

You will be sharing the house with three others, aged 26-38, all working professionals.

We are looking for someone mature, respectful, considerate, friendly, and tidy.
Any potential housemates will also need to be working - no full-time students, DSS, or couples please.
