The only shared space is the kitchen, which I barely use.

My sitting room, bedroom & my en-suite are in the downstairs area of the property.

There is also a separate cloakroom with loo downstairs.

There's parking at the barn for one vehicle.

Pets are welcome, especially dogs. I have one middle aged, quiet and gentle beagle, called Parker.

I like company sometimes but also value my own space very much, so if anyone's going to be offended by my going to my room and closing the door, this is not the right place for them.

Hurst Green is a village with a shop, pub/restaurant (Thai) and a fish & chip shop. There's also a very good Indian restaurant & takeaway. The surrounding area is wall-to-wall farm shops and gastro-pubs.

Couples are welcome to come and view but there would be an adjustment in the rent.
