Newly refurbished & newly carpeted bright sunny single room available in a lovely warm & cosy house with garden, for a female aged 25-65. Animal lover essential.
Use of the entire house is available to share with me (53 year old vegetarian Reflexologist) & my friendly cat!
I am an easy going, fun & homely person looking for a like minded lady to share with, who can be tidy around the communal areas (as one of the bedrooms has been converted into my treatment room for my Reflexology practice so I have to ensure it stays clean & tidy to receive clients during the week.)
Rent is preferred on 1st of every month which includes all utilities except your own personal items & food.
Plenty of storage space available. It's a very pleasant but small single roon, warm & comfortable, bright & south facing. As much privacy given as you'd like. I often go to bed early to read or watch TV so more often than not the large lounge would be available for your sole use only. WiFi available. TV in own room for privacy can be arranged if you'd prefer.
