All rooms are fully furnished.

c. In addition, also included are household ongoing household costs such as dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, washing powder, hand cleanser etc).

We have beautiful house dogs (Roo & Ruby - 2 females) who are also very friendly and demanding of attention at times. Dog lovers who are 100% comfortable with dog interaction are essential.

BRIGHTON ROOM with ensuite: SORRY NOT AVAILABLE - from £750 per month. This large room has just been refurbished to a high standard. King size bed with a work desk and chair.

KEMPTOWN ROOM with shared bathroom: SORRY NOT AVAILABLE from £650 per month inclusive. This room is the largest in the townhouse. King size bed with a full work desk and chair.

SEABREEZE ROOM with shared bathroom: SORRY NOT AVAILABLE - from £650 per month inclusive. This room is a good size with new carpets, built in wardrobes and large TV with Chromecast. Also features a comfy new double bed and sunny south facing window.

BUDGET BAKERS ROOM with shared bathroom: SORRY NOT AVAILABLE from £600 per month. The Baker's Room is our smallest at 2.2m x 3.4m plus a small built-in closet. There is also ample storage under the bed available. The room has a comfy double size bed, high set of drawers and shelving for books, TV etc. Ideally suits someone wanting to live in a lovely home and facilities and who don't mind a smaller size bedroom.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Ideally someone working full time at the hospital or nearby in Amex. Naturally, someone dog-friendly is essential and someone looking for a houseshare more short-term of minimum 2 months.
