Medium sized, well furnished bedroom near the sea

Most of my things will be moved out of the room, but the keyboard will still be on the desk

This south facing bedroom includes a double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe, sink, mirror and extra storage space. I will have moved most of my things out but will keep a few things in the room, including a piano keyboard - which you are welcome to play!

There is access a communal kitchen with a table and chairs, fridge and cupboard space, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
There are two shared bathrooms with a shower and toilet in each.

Heating and gas is topped up through a meter but the guest will not be expected to contribute to this - Wifi is also included in the rent.

The room is on the second floor of the house, which is situated above a cafe a few streets from the beach. The walk to the beach is five minutes. There is a supermarket, off license, launderette and many cafes less than a minute away from the property.

We're looking for a flatmate who is clean but also fairly relaxed, there will be times when the kitchen might be a bit messy so they should be prepared for this.

They can be sociable if they feel like it as our housemates are all friendly, but they're also free to be more of a lodger and not get involved socially.

My housemates will be studying mostly but do sometimes drink in the kitchen in the evenings, so they should be prepared for it to be a little bit noisy on the weekends.
The kitchen is the only living area we have, it is a cosy space with quite a relaxed, student vibe.
