I am a working gay male NHS professional looking for similar gay male working professional to share a two bedroom flat in Essex Place, Montague Street, Brighton. On offer is a partially furnished bedroom with a single bed, storage. The bedroom also comes with a work/computer desk.

Full use of the lounge a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob + oven and dishwasher; shared bathroom, communal launderette and garden areas are also included.
The flat does have an allocated parking space however a paid parking permit would be required which would be the responsibility of the person moving in if it is required. There is also on street parking in the surrounding local area.

The flat is close to local shops, a 5 minute walk to the beach, the main Royal Sussex County Hospital, a bus ride to Brighton General Hospital and buses or walk to central Brighton. It is well served with numerous buses, including 23 to the Universities of Brighton or Sussex 2, 1, 1a., 7

The rent is £525 per month including bills except council tax.. A deposit of £250 will be required along with references Available NOW.
