Double Bedroom In Artistic Top Floor Flat Kemptown

I've been lovingly renovating my flat in Kemptown over the past two years and is now almost ready for someone to move into my spare room. It's a decent size with a double bed, chest of drawers and hanging wardrobe. Lots of natural light from a big beautiful window.

I’m starting my Masters in Film at the end of September and I mainly part time work as a Videographer on film and documentary so am often away travelling at which time you'll obviously have the whole place to yourself. I also have a lounge area in my loft bedroom so often you can have the lounge/kitchen to yourself too.

The place is situated in the heart of kemptown village, close to loads of charity shops, coffee spots and pubs. so many pubs. loads with quizzes and live music. 5 min stroll down to the beach at a point where it doesn't get too rammed in the summer so a perfect spot for after work swims and sunsets.

I'm a sociable guy and i'm hoping to hang out at times with whoever moves in but also appreciative of the fact everybody needs there own space too which i respect and also need. When I'm not filming I like to socialise down the pub, play guitar/retro video games and go climbing/cycling with friends.
