We invite you to view the spare room in our beautiful home with a Seaview, near Sussex County Hospital.

We are ideally located directly opposite East Brighton Park (perfect for all your sporting activities and outdoor pursuits), only a 5 minute walk from the Marina where you will find restaurants, shops and bars. and by foot it is only a 30 minute walk into the centre of town.

The house is large and features a big front and back garden-perfect for hosting BBQ's. There is free parking on the driveway and streets close by.

We have a large modern kitchen, a home gym area, living room, reception/dining room, 2 toilets and a bathroom.

We are three professionals (Vet, Teacher and Furniture Designer), clean, tidy and respectful of others. Between us most interests are covered: sports, fitness, cooking, reading, music, art, baking.........

We are looking for a clean, tidy and professional housemate.

The house is also home to a beautiful little cat and a lovely little dog so you must like animals.
